      When the computer comes on, I start saying "representative" and eventually, I get a person.............

        When I want to speak with a person, rather than "Talk" to a computer, I press the "0" until I am directed to an individual.  It works for me every time


        They all say "Your call is important to us"  but apparently not important enough to have enough people to handle their call volume.   ;-)
