      Do you have a female dog that is in heat near you? Your little boy is growing up.

        Males do not go into heat. Females do. If he seems to be in pain, have a vet check him. You should get him neutered if you haven't already.

          maybe he has that symptom of a guy who was teased by the female, and had a "blue tinge to his genitals",  that would be good reason for the moaning and pain!
