it can't be much different than most others. Unplug unit!  Look for the panel on bottom of head of vacuum.  There should be screws holding it together, remove them.  Now you should find the beater, with the bristles on it.  It rolls by the belt driving it.  At the ends of this roller/beater/bristled thing there will be a "cradle" thing that holds it, but lets it turn freely.  You should watch how it is assembled, and remove it, the belt should be right there, remove and replace the belt with the one that you already bought, using the model numbers, etc.  See that you put it on and try moving it manually before you assemble all back (with roller back in cradle).  While you have everything apart, clean and lubricate any moving parts assiciated with the roller, at ends, in cradle.  Do not get oil on the belt, or bristles, as they will stain the carpets.  Use either 3 in 1 oil or WD-40, sparingly.

If it works, you have save yourself about $60. The belt should be less than $10.
