how to change my desktop picture on windows 7 starter?

I have windows 7 starter on my new net book;how do I change the wallpaper(desktop picture)on it?

I have tried so many different things but nothing worked.If there are any solutions to the problem then please answer back.And please do not write back saying that you can't do it because I am sure that you can change it somehow,I would really like to know how because the picture on it is so plain and it just isn't me!
