Did you check the lights at night? If all lights work except the tail lights, it would be safe to assume that your front park lights don't work and there fore neither will your dash cluster lights. If this nis the case, the fuse responsible for the park/ tail light circuit has blownand would be, more than likely, the cause. But if this is not the case and all lights work except the tail lights, then i would agree with Romos assessment, adding also to check for a bad ground wire attatched to the body close to the rear of the vehicle.
