cant get into my internet because sometime pops up and reads runtime havent never had a problem with this before.

Do you have virus and/or anti-malware protection loaded on your computer? If so, boot up into "safe mode" and scan with each. Delete or quarantine anything suspicious they find. If you don't have the above, and cannot access the internet, you will most likely need to take it to a repair shop.
