Right click on File and uncheck them or remove them from your programs. Go to your start button > control panel > programs > add/uninstall programs > find the toolbar in the list. If it's Bing you're looking for, Bing hides under the name, conduit or conduit engine. > click on the toolbar, then click uninstall.
