    Why do I get a massage that my printer is not responding?

    I am trying to print a page and my Officejet j4680 series FCD8FB wont print.

        I tried to print the other day and found the computer sent it to a file and not my printer. Maybe check to see where the wanted printing is.

          What kind of connection does your computer have with the printer? Did the printer come with a disc that you have to put into your drive so your computer recognizes it? Just some of the reasons why this might happen.
