      Hair grows and rests in a cycle. The active phase is very short for eyelashes, about 30 to 45 days, compared to two to six years for scalp hair.         Human eyelashes do have a growth cycle so they do grow in their growing stage. But in the transition phase they prepare for fall out.In the last growth cycle, the damaged and weaker lashes falls out and make way for newer, healthier eyelashes.

          Your eyelashes are always growing and falling out. If you are healthy and are not experiencing loss of hair on your head but only on your eyelashes then you may have an allergy to your cosmetic products.it may take some time
