When that "Yellow" light is illuminated it indicates the engine is operation outside of the microprocessors design parameters and could be polluting.
Generally it is illuminated by a minor problem, like a misfiring plug etc. and the vehicle will still run, but should be serviced.
Since your vehicle has stopped running and will not start, my guess is one of the "signals" to the microprocessor has been "lost."
It could be something like the "Fuel flow," transducer, for instance that can not "Tell" the microprocessor the fuel rate.
You will need to have vehicle towed to a Service Facility to be analyzed and the fault corrected.
Generally emission control parts are warranted for 80,000 miles or more.,
