    i have pains what wrong?

    i have really bad pains in my lower right side and also around near my belly button i also feel a little bit dizzy?

      Could be a number of different things, best to visit your doctor.

        Pain in the abdomen may indicate several medical conditions, most of them involve digestive system parts, such as appendicitis, which is very common and results from bacterial infection in the appendix. Appendicitis usually involves pain around the belly button and pain radiations to the lower right side of the abdomen.
