Obviously ! You already paid the charges for tests, x-ray (with report) & any other test as directed by the first Doctor -of the first hospital. When you get transferred to any other Hospital, any Hospital is duty bound to release all reports, diagnosis, x-ray's too since the cost of which they will charge whenever you seek discharge from that Hospital for ANY personal reason. Hence all investigation reports will be handed over you as proof. So go ahead & choose any Doctor of your choice.

This the standard procedure followed world-wide.

So you trust that the first place did everything right if you want records tranferred so I don't get why you want to change now?

    Yes.
