Make sure it's still plugged into the wall outlet and the computer. Go to your start button, control panel, devices and printers and make sure it's check marked as the primary printer. Make sure both it's ink cartridges have ink in them. Make sure there's no paper jam, there should be an access panel on the back of the printer to check this. After all that, I'm out of ideas. Call HP.
