Hey Joy, 4 minutes is an excellent response time! We are a world wide web site and the volunteer members are on and off this site at different times (work/school, supper, sleeping, and the many other daily activities we all do). They are also in many different time zones. Please feel free to ask more questions but allow a reasonable amount of time to get a reply. Depending on the day and time it can take up to 12hrs to get a response. Q's are answered more quicky if they are written clearly. Thank You and Welcome.
