      Studies and research in the field of infidelity report that the differences between societies are due to cultural differences, and that different societies judge extra marital relationships differently. for instance, in some cultures, it is accepted and common when a married man or a woman spends time with others of the opposite gender, while in other cultures it is unacceptable.
