        The woman could be pregnant.  She could have taken medication that altered her cycle.  Stress or other hormones could have been out of whack.  Time to check it out!

                  Yeah...sarcasm is supposedly the lowest form of humour but the Irish are famous for it, so I've been around it my entire life and as long as no malice is intended, I must admit, I do find it humourous.

                      I hope you`ve done a pregnancy test by now..and by now (as I`m DAYS late in answering the question)You may well know the answer...(Sometimes stress and O things can cause your period to be late)...but whatever the result...don`t panic...just get help/advice from your GP!
