    I wonder why you would WANT to use it there?  Eye creams are on the market everywhere and some are even cheaper than PH.

    Belated Tu!!..I missed that one .sorry!!;-)

    I have heard for years before modern anti-wrinkling creams that hollywood actors/esses used Preperation H to shrink wrinkles. It works I guess but only for a short time.   Of course, many actors and actresses are buttheads so I guess this is the reason why.. LOL

    This website will discuss reducing wrinkles with hemorrhoid cream.  You can, apparently, use it for under eye puffiness, too.

    Try it...I`m sure you`ll feel PILES better!!:-)...lol..(i`ve signed a disclaimer here...try at your own risk)!!

    @Ducky;-) ;-);-)

    Due to the fact I am allergic to some ingredient in PH, and the major discomfort I had when last used (where it is intended for), it will never get near my eyes!

    Thanks for sharing. :(

    great for the face neck and arms

    Unfortunately, the straight answer is no. Or better said yes but it does not help.

    Hemorrhoid creams contain vasoconstrictors -- ingredients that shrink your blood vessels. This is great when it comes to hemorrhoids, which are swollen veins, but not so great when it comes to the sensitive area below your eyes.

    yes..

This is great when it comes to hemorrhoids, which are swollen veins, but not so great when it comes to the sensitive area below your eyes. In fact, there are some ingredients in hemorrhoid creams that could irritate your eyes and make the issue worse. The most common causes of bags under the eyes are heredity, fluid retention and allergies, none of which are affected by hemorrhoid creams.
