Is there any way to change my computer from the dutch language to english? I think english is the 2nd language on it but have so many problems when trying to read information and its all in Dutch.. Do I need to purchase a new system or disc? Thanks for any help!

Dutch and English are both parent languages. The only way to change the language on that computer is if it has the Ultimate or Enterprise version of Windows installed.
