Assuming you live in the United States, I'd suggest you try the USPO website and see IF there is an option for you to do so there. That isn't going to alert everyone who sends mails to you that you have a new address; it will only cause the post office to forward our mail to the new address.
You need to change your address with all your credit card companies, banks, utilities, etc. Generally, there is a place for address changes on your hard copy bills. If you pay online, there should also be an option for address changes.
