Contact the company from which your placed your order and ask them to send you the merchandise you ordered.
Find out when the merchandised was shipped and to what address.
Offer to fill out a "merchandise not received" form, if needed.
If you paid by credit card, contact the credit card company and tell them you want to file a fraud report against the company that billed your credit card but didn't deliver your order.
