but he still calls me when he has something mean to say. He wont meet with me so he can see his son. I dont trust him to take my son. He is 2yrs and hasnt seen his dad in almost a year.. His dad or his family has never even gotten him a present, birthday card, xmas card ect.. It's like that have rejected him.. He cheated on me and know has another kid. This is why thing are so bad between us.. He went as far as a man could to play games with my heart and make me look like a fool.. He cries to people saying me miss's his son but i dont think he really cares... Do you think he cares??

Get a lawyer. Whether or not I think this bozo cares or not is irrelevant to your case and you do have a case however NO CONTACT means NO CONTACT and he should have been apprehended for disobeying that order... it does however seem as though you are ripe for playing head games with him by answering his calls and attempting indirect contact through 'hearing' from others about his personal affairs. He's not with you anymore and has abandoned both you and his child. It is 'criminal negligence of a child' to not be in contact with that child. Does he pay support? You need a family lawyer.
