Hi tabber! It's a good day, only about 1:15 PM right now. I've put away all the clean laundry and straightened up all my jewelry (costume mostly). Next stop is the "hobby and office" room, which is an organized mess. Planning to go to the gym or swim here, and bowl tonight. I've been aka'ing and checking emails (chatting back and forth with jhharlan).
In short, Obe la dee Obe la dah, life goes on. It's just another day.

Bob when i see you i will tell you. i have been busy. but i still love this site it is so relaxing and fun. plus the people are great! and i feel they like to enjoy life and care about others. hopefully coffee at starbucks before 2013.

Hmmm-had some annoying symptoms today that I haven't had in a while- stayed in bed most of the day. Droped off some belongings to a friend in rehab. came home, back to bed. w it's aka for a bit.

doolittle thank you for sharing. Lots of positive energy to you. Hope you are feeling better. However, its great when you can spend a day in bed. Have you every heard of cell food. My chiropractor put me on it and my mom read a book call "cell food" & she's been on it for 2 weeks and swears by it now. she told me today at least 2 of her annoying symptoms have left her body. she's 84.
