    Why is my recently purchased upgrade not being acknowledged by you???

    I keep being asked to upgrade to have access to certain features, and I have already done that and you have already charged my credit card.  Please make sure my online access is upgraded accordingly.


    Also, when you send me an email for someone who is interested in my profile, I NEED THEIR PROFILE TO DETERMINE IF I AM INTERESTED IN THEM.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS INFO IS INCLUDED WITH THEIR CONTACTS.
