200,000 New Agents was one figure I saw, that were going to be hired to handle the healthcare law and the Student Loan program.
The health car law also took over the Student Loans that will now come from the US Treasury, rather than simply guaranteeing the loans as had been the case.
Something like Obama did when gave taxpayer money to GM and Chrysler, rather than simply guaranteeing the loans as did President Reagan when he bailed out Chrysler.
