No.  I am a girl and I would NEVER make a comment about nose hairs (or ear hairs, ear wax, boogers, bad breath, body odor or anything else derisive) to a boy I liked. 
Especially NO if she made this comment within earshot of ANYBODY.
Avoid her like herpes, and do something about those nose hairs.

I'm thinking perhaps it's time to see a barber and have a trim, personally I don't see how this is a sign of affection,more of a hint for some "manscaping"

No. It's a sign that you're a dork. I have tried to get my friend, Ron, to trim his nose hairs, and he doesn't do it. Two of his other women friends told him too.

I think that yes she like you enough and is comfortable with you to go ahead and pick on those hairs.  Also, alot of girls do this out of habit, they see something that is not right and want to fix it.  She must of had brothers in which she groomed.

I was thinking of dipping my finger into hot sticky wax and insert it up the hairy nostril, wait while it cools then remove the finger quickly…I can just imagine the sound of the hair ripping out…Yep, that’ll work…I’d like to see a demo movie.
