        I don't know why you were kicked out of the sight. What does a salesman look like? Perhaps the reason for the action is something else?

          Construction sites are dangerous for a number of reasons.  If you weren't wearing a "hard hat" and had "crossed the line", a competent foreman is going to shoo your butt outta there. Too much liability.   
          Being a salesman, or even looking like one (which you don't in your photo) has nothing to do with it.
