That's why their illegal... Should all be busted & PUT IN LITTLE CAGES..

I work with an Animal Shelter that is a nonprofit organization. Before ferrets are adopted we have them all see a vet. They get their distemper shot, are rehabilitated in private homes. We never adopt out biters (ferrets are not born biters, people make them that way). We recently had a gentleman adopt a little boy and too late it was found that his body was full of tumors, he passed, but we are giving him 2 to ease the pain of losing, Houdini. Yes, their are unscrupulous shelters out there but please don't put us all in that category. As for the little cages, mine never see the inside of a cage unless we are going to the vet.

I once got a diseased kitten from an animal shelter. They didn't know it was sick. They replaced it when it died days later. I got the cutest Manx cat from them instead.....
