Well my download speed is 15.70 mbps and my upload speed is 8.63 mbps and I'm at the middle internet speed for what my internet company offers. I think the speed I have is pretty fast. I can surf sites quickly and downloads take less than a minute for the most part. I would say that 36.0mbps is super fast.
