Q: What computer?
Q: Is the computer aware if a DVD is inserted by showing a menu with options?
Q: Did you try different DVDs?
Q: Is the light burning if you insert the DVD and is the DVD turning (you can here that)?
Q: Did the DVD played before?
Q: Can you play a CD in it and if so check the player setup for the mention of a DVD-player.
