      I've removed your phone number as this is simply a question and answer forum and not your e-mail provider. This is an open forum that anyone in the world can view.

      Check your e-mail page for a file marked "trash" if you can't find one marked "Deleted".

        Depending on your settings, you might have a "Deleted" folder - what you delete would be in there.

        If you don't have a "Deleted" folder, then I believe you're out of luck.
