How do I search for a Zoning Variance for my own city and put it on PDF?
I am building a bakery/cafe where I live. It is going in the building where my apt is. It used to be a furniture store 30 years ago. I need to prove to the county and city it is an excellent spot for it and after tearing down the whole back of the building with the garage that there will be ample parking.
