Does anyone know the poem "Between Equals" which I believe is by Robert Wallace?

I'm looking for this poem about a dragonfly. I first heard it read aloud in 1967 in a lecture given by the American poet and philosopher Eli Siegel, founder of Aesthetic Realism. I'd be grateful for assistance in finding this poem. Thanks so much.
