Hi,
Get in your profile (right above on the screen below your name).
In the left column you see the last option: Profile picture. Hit it! (by mouse, not a hammer).
Then in the middle column left you see a picture with the button 'browse'
Then find a picture that fit on your hard disk and hit 'upload.
That's it!
