      Who do you have to write too ?If this is dealt with in a court, maybe you can go as a character witness and give details.

        hes has been on one for 2years and hes breached as one only becouse the poice have made it nightmare hes also been punished for this at the moment hes doing a 12 month yro order with loads of conditions his asbo ended in june and therve applied for 2nd one hes having to go in front of judge but the police are not letting him prove himself and the rules the asking and the condditions hes on there setting him up to fail hes only 13 and i know what i want to write how can i make the judge see hesa vitim to the police
