First of all you need a Forex Broker that allows Automated Trading and Scalping. Then you need a trading platform providing the use of a Forex Robot:
1) Most popular MetaTrader4
2) ZulluTrader
3) JForex

Finally you must buy a Forex Robot -Make sure that you have reviewed past performance
Installing the Robot to a trading platform is very easy but you may need a VPS hosting if you want this robot to operate 24/5.
