I am a 45 Year old lady, my partner is 41 and we are thinking of having a baby. I have 2 girls from my previous partner, 22 ans 18 years old...i am very ware of the complications...but please help. If you are both fertile you should be able to conceive.However it has been a long time since you had little ones. Are you ready for that? Also you will be ready for retirement when the new one is ready for college. Are you ready for that? Plus there are 3 other children to consider. Good Luck! Let us know your decision.
