        I have 2 laptops and a desktop and I can read all my emails on them. You have to download Hotmail, g mail or whatever server you are using on each computer

          You do not have to download e-mail programs. You access them via the internet through their web address. This is all she needs to do. Go to the log in page and sign into her account.
