This is very little info to go on.
Is it the real site you want to get in, if so, wat program are you using (f.i. a cms, a blog program, a forumprogram, etc)?
Is it the site you got on the server to entrance so you can install a siteprogram (f.i. DirectAdmin)?
If it's a program for Blog, Forum etc, you better visit te service forum of it as they are specialists for that program and know most of the time how to get in.
If all is tryed you can ask you're host to reset the password for you (and it will come in handy to get the new password.) ;).
