You have to convert the fraction to a decimal.
Well if you're going to answer it, then answer it. Google gave me the number. No one else wanted to answer it. I hated math in school, still hate it now but I answer the questions because precious few members here actually answer the questions. I hate having to answer close to 200 questions per day but the place would die if I and others just stopped trying to answer the hard questions. Go give him your answer.
