How do I replace the water solenoid on my GE Refridgerator

When I was moving, awhile back, I forgot to drain all of the water from the water solenoid that feeds the icemaker on my GE Hotpoint refridgerator and it burst. I now have a new one and I'm not sure on how to hook up the waterlines to the new one so that it will operate properly.
