    Where is world of tanks located?

     Hey! I would like to know where the building of World Of Tanks I mean THE BEST FREE ONLINE GAME EVER is located so i could go there and talk and talk about the stuff i know and have them tell me what i don't know. I know there is a building because I saw it on the main website (worldoftanks.com) the inside of the building and some REAL tanks.
