How do I calculate mortgage prepayment bi monthly with additional payments to principal?
My Loan amount is $252,375 with a rate of 4.50% for 300 months, my payment is $1686.73 I want to pay $1000 on the 15th and $1000 on the the 1st of every month starting July 15th.
