When I try to add a single contact, the skype window opens up and says "unable to connect. Check your connection." I checked it and always connected. If someone wants me to add them, that I can do but I am not able to initiate the process. Why?
I am having trouble adding someone to my contacts when I initiate the process in my Skype. However, when someone wants me to add them to my contact list and they SKYPE me and ask me to add them, it shows up and I am able to complete the process without any trouble. Each time I try tpo initiate adding a contact I get another skype window that opens up and suggests I am not connected and that I should "check my connection." The connection is always good. What is wrong? Any ideas?
