    I can not open PDF files from my school library

    or what number do I call for help with this?  I was able to open this before the new viris update.

      This is akaQA, it is not connected to your school library. We can not get you an answer if we do not know the name of your school library and where in the world it is. Have you tried your phone book for the number to the library?
