      My computer geek tells me to do the following:  Turn off the computer.  Turn off the router. Leave everything off for about ten minutes. Then turn on the router.  Turn on the computer. Connect to the internet.  
      It is important to turn OFF everything that connects the computer to the internet as well as the computer.  I miss some mid-step sometimes, and then I have to start all over.
