    I purchased the full set of animals, which according to the website consists of 10 animals, however I only received 8.

    I paid $19.95 for the full set.  I did not receive the donkey or the puppy.

      Check the packing slip.  They may be back-ordered.  If not, contact the phone number on the slip and, using the order number, you should be able to get the rest of your order shipped to you.
