    I am flatfooted and i want to know are you born with it? Can it be cured?

    Its embarassing to wear sneakers because the end up being dent and you can see how fat the foot looks?

      You can buy supports for your shoes that insert and will temporarily "fix" flat feet.......

            i was born with flat feet and had all sorts of exercises to do to no real effect, i some times have inserts when i have a lot of walking to do ,this helps.
