    How do I remove the steering column on 88 Chevy K3500 series pick-up

    Need to get to bottom end of acuating rod

    Tags: need to remove column to get at end of actuating r will not start unless rod is pushed with screwdriv steering column

      Go to your auto parts store (if you have Autozone, go there as they will be the most helpful). Have them search the instructions and print them. You will need a special tool. They hopefully will have it. Good luck. It's a pain in the butt job.
