      I move the arrow to the top of the "page", just to the left of the "diminish, enlarge, X" boxes, in the "outline" of the page. Holding down the left side of the mouse, I am able to move the page. Let go and the page stays where you put it. You can also shrink the page a little, if you needed. Do you know how to do that?
