    I wish I can share more details but I can't seem to find words. Only want to add I still let the past affects me. They say, better new beginnings start when I let the past go, at time such as this, it seems impossible.

    Cry a river and trust me after the river has flowed and you pain releases you will be stronger than ever before.

    I can promise people this broken hearts mends , it takes a long time depending on what has broken it, but we only learn and grow from sadness...

        The way to heal a broken heart? there is none :( You have to go through every emotion , anger, tears and frustration ..


        I have a broken back I know even a broken heart hurts 10 fold ...


        You need to read positive affirmations..
